1 Pound Cream Cheese
1 Pound Ricotta Cheese
2 Cups Sugar
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup Flour
1/4 Pound (1 stick) Soft Butter
1 Pint Sour Cream
Put cream cheese, ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla, butter and sour cream in large mixer bowl. Beat at high speed for 20 min. Pour into 9 or 10 inch buttered spring forming pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Turn off oven and let stand for 2 hours.
I bake then turn off oven, leave oven door cracked and leave in oven overnight. Put in refrig in the morning.
Serve with side dishes of cherry pie filling.
