Lisa’s Spicy Tortilla Soup

1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
3 Medium Zucchines, sliced (green)
4 cups Chicken Broth
1 (16oz) can Stewed Tomatoes (undrained)
1 (15oz) can Tomato Sauce
1 (12oz) can Corn, (undrained)
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 cup (2oz) Tortilla Chips
Shredded Monterrey Jack Chedder Cheese
Saute onion & garlic in oil. Add Zucchines & next 6 ingredients; bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat & simmer 15-20 minutes. Spoon soup into bowls and add chips & cheese.
