Mom’s Tomato Sauce

3 large cans crushed tomatoes
Olive Oil
1/2 Onion
4 Garlic Cloves
3/4 Tablespoon Basil
3/4 Tablespoon Oregano
In large sauce pan, Saute 1/2 Copped Onion and 4 Chopped Garlic Cloves in a olive oil (enough olive oil to cover the bottom). After onions and garlic have lightly browned, add 3 Cans of Crushed Tomatoes, Basil and Oregano. Stir.
Cover and simmer for about 4 or 5 hours stirring occasionally.
